Policy Workshop

The PPE Society Policy Workshop is a practical, skills-focused session designed to introduce students to how public policy is developed, evaluated, and communicated in real-world settings.
Participants will work through a guided policy problem, learning how to:
identify key stakeholders and constraints
analyse evidence and trade-offs
develop clear, structured policy recommendations
The workshop emphasises collaborative discussion and applied thinking, drawing on perspectives from politics, philosophy, and economics.
No prior policy experience is required. The workshop is open to students from all degrees and all years who are interested in public policy, government, consulting, or related fields.
